Traditional Mexican soup, made with tripe, slow cooked in broth with a red chili pepper base. Hominy, garlic, onions, and oregano are used to season the broth. Comes with 3 corn tortillas, fresh diced onions, cilantro, and oregano and chili pepper flakes if requested.
